Runway TDZ Light
It is an LED Touchdown Zone Lights (TDZ) fixture, and is part of the IR range of airfield lighting. This application uses a high intensity, Uni-directional Clear(white) light source, and suitable for CAT II/III operations. The optimisation of power helps in reducing running costs, while with a minimum of 60,000hrs LED service life, assists in reducing runway closures for maintenance.
Features
- The use of the latest LED technology ensures that power consumption is kept to a minimum, lowering the running temperature and thus increasing the LED module's life time, which is estimated to be greater than 60,000 hours.
- Designed to meet the harsh environment the fixtures will operate in a temperature range of -55 °C to +55°C.
